April Leadership Development Carnival

This month’s Leadership Development Carnival is being hosted by Sharlyn Lauby, author of the highly lauded HR Bartender blog. Sharlyn is also the president of ITM Group, a training consulting firm that specializes in curriculum design and leadership development. Because I play in that sandbox too, Sharlyn and I have “talked shop” many times via our blogs, on Twitter, and phone conversations. Frequent People Equation readers know that I consider Sharlyn a role model for how to write a first-class business blog.

Check out the April Leadership Development Carnival here. As is her style, Sharlyn has gone the extra mile with this carnival and has created a Twitter list of all this month’s contributors called Leadership Carnival 2011. It’s a great social media resource for people who observe, write about and employ principled leadership practices. Enjoy!
