I&#039;m wondering...given that those who receive calls have indicated how much they appreciate it, is there some way to increase the number of people you &quot;reach out&quot; to?  Maybe not a personal phone call, but some other means...we have so much technology available.  Just thinking out loud here-- does an email or a txt diminish the personal touch?  &quot;Must&quot; it be a phone call?

		<description>In some of our sessions, we actually call people before the trainings.  Realizing that isn&#039;t possible for all participants, we call a handful - let them know that we are looking forward to seeing him/her, ask if there are any questions, etc. 

I have had a number of people over the years say how much they have appreciated the personal touch.  It goes a LONG way.
