I’ve said it before. Leadership is a tough gig. And it doesn’t help when you are bombarded with messages that say “Go Big or Go Home” is the best way to be as a leader. Sure, leaders achieve when they think big. But those huge achievements are few and far between.

The truth is, leadership is the sum of all you do and who you are on a daily basis – not just when the Big Idea hits pay dirt. I wrote a post that expands on this concept for the Lead Change Group.
