Dan McCarthy, author of the blog Great Leadership was asked by talent management and training provider DDI to compile a list of favorite leadership blogs posts from 2010. Dan, in turn, tapped his vast network of leadership bloggers and culled the submissions into the Top 20 for 2010. You can see the full list here at the DDI’s blog, Talent Management Intelligence.
I’m honored to have had one of my posts selected—“Leaders Help People Connect the Dots”. My inclusion in this list is made even more special because I admire the products and services that DDI offers, having used them when I was a corporate trainer.
