Are you looking for SkillSource? That’s the name of the training and development consulting company I operated from 1995 to 2015. In the autumn of 2015, I decided to more fully pursue freelance writing as a career. So I shuttered SkillSource and turned my personal blog into a new business, The People Equation, LLC.
As part of the business migration, I brought along one very important element of previous SkillSource offerings: professional development materials for companies. The People Equation, LLC is now an award-winning independent business that is authorized to sell educational materials that are researched and produced by the venerable publisher John Wiley & Sons, Inc.
For nearly 20 years, I was a corporate trainer and curriculum designer. Even though I no longer facilitate learning sessions, I love to work behind the scenes to help employees “master the people equation.” I partner with clients (such as human resources professionals and training managers) to help them integrate these tools (including the flagship Everything DiSC® behavioral assessment and Patrick Lencioni’s Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team™) into their existing communications and leadership training programs.
