Announcing: The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team

by Jennifer V. Miller

five behaviors authorized partner skillsourcewmiI’m very excited to announce that as of yesterday, the corporate arm of my business, SkillSource, has been approved as an Authorized Partner for Wiley’s brand-new Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team program, based on the New York Times best-selling book The Five Dysfunctions of a Team by Patrick Lencioni. You may recall that in March I heard Pat Lencioni give a keynote at the Wiley Learning Solutions conference. At that time, I attended certification training and then submitted my company’s application for approval.

What does this mean for you?

If you are a team leader, a human resources manager, or a training professional who does internal team development work, you can very soon use this amazing team development process to help your team become skilled in the five key behaviors outlined in Pat’s book: Building trust, working through conflict, gaining commitment, being accountable to one another and achieving results.

In a matter of days, one of these cool boxes will arrive at my office (I’ll be one of the first in the nation to receive it.) I’m going to pore over it and figure out how my clients can put this information to work inside their own organizations – for themselves!

If you are interested in learning more, drop me an email at jmiller [at] people-equation [dot] com and I’ll send you some information.

I’ll also publish more on my corporate site in the upcoming weeks so stay tuned.
