Well, the third time’s the charm as they say – and today will be my third time as a guest on the popular blog talk radio show, DriveThruHR, hosted by William Tincup and Bryan Wempen and Nisha Raghavan. The format is informal – so the general topic is “talent development” (my area of specialty within the Human Resources field) but beyond that, you’ll just have to tune in to see what unfolds.
