When There Are No Words

by Jennifer V. Miller

I’m a blogger. That means I put my writing out into the world for others to see.

But sometimes, there are no words.

That’s how I feel today. What could I possibly say that would help?

It seems frivolous to write about workplace dynamics when our nation deals with the horrifying story of mass shootings in an elementary school.  People who are far wiser than me have offered opinions, solace, and information – clergy, child psychologists, experts who specialize in analyzing this type of violence.

Me? I’ve got nothing.

What do you do when words fail you?
