A few years ago, I read the book Influencer: The New Science of Leading Change. It remains one of my favorite business books of the last decade. The authors are part of a consulting firm called Vital Smarts and I’m subscribed to their newsletter. Vital Smarts has recently launch a series called The Behavioral Science Guys (a.k.a. the “B.S. Guys”). It’s hosted by the New York Times bestselling authors David Maxfield and Joseph Grenny, two of the authors who wrote Influencer.

I love this series! It blends behavioral science (my educational background) with humor and a few factoids to help you work with co-workers, friends and family.

Here’s their latest offering, “How to Change People Who Don’t Want to Change.” Check it out:

Let me know what you think about this video from The B.S. Guys – I’d love to hear from you.

Disclosure: I only share information that I feel will be of use to my readers. I receive no compensation from Vital Smarts for referring to this video series. If you happen to purchase the book, I may receive a small commission from Amazon, because I’m an Amazon Affiliate. The price of the book is not inflated because of this.
