@LetsGrowLeaders Launches Frontline Festival for Frontline Managers

by Jennifer V. Miller

Leadership thinker Karin Hurt (aka @LetsGrowLeaders) has taken the leadership blogging community by storm in just a few short months with her blog Let’s Grow Leaders. By day, Karin is a practicing senior leader for a large organization. Somehow by night (or weekend?) she finds time to write this fantastic blog.

She’s kicked it up a notch by starting her own leadership carnival called “Frontline Festival” which she is billing as a leadership carnival for frontline leaders. Here’s what I really like about the format that Karin is employing: she’s laid out (in advance) the theme for the next carnival – so we bloggers can think about and plan ahead to bring you awesome content. Great idea, Karin!

Her first festival launched today with twenty-two contributions. Topics range from motivating frontline employees, to running better frontline teams to engaging trust and loyalty.

You can check it out here at: Frontline Festival:  A Leadership Carnival for Frontline Leaders.

Karin is looking for future contributors, so if you’re interested click the link for details on how to get involved.
